Information You Choose to Provide
You may choose to use your camera or photo library to submit a face photo for color-profile analysis or a product photo or shopping screenshot for product compatibility analysis. These photos are used to provide the app's color and product-fit features.
Face Data
If you choose the color-profile flow, the app processes the face photo you select or capture to estimate color-related signals such as undertone, contrast, chroma, depth, lighting quality, and confidence. PaletteFit AI does not use the face photo to identify you, verify identity, build a biometric identifier, rate attractiveness, score your face, detect facial flaws, diagnose skin, or make health or medical claims.
Face-photo processing is used only to create your personal color palette and related color guidance. Face data is not sold and is not used for advertising or tracking.
How Photos Are Processed
When production AI features are enabled, selected photos are sent to PaletteFit AI's Supabase Edge Functions after you choose an analysis flow. Those functions call OpenAI to generate structured color-profile or product-compatibility results. The iOS app does not include the OpenAI API key.
The app discloses the AI processing step before analysis. By starting the analysis, you allow the selected photo or screenshot to be processed by PaletteFit AI's Supabase Edge Functions and OpenAI for the requested color-profile or product-compatibility result.
PaletteFit AI does not identify you, rate your attractiveness, evaluate facial flaws, diagnose skin, or make medical or dermatology claims.
Photo Storage
PaletteFit AI does not require an account. The app may use an app-generated install identifier with Supabase and RevenueCat for entitlement checks, purchase restore, quota protection, and backend verification. This identifier is used for app functionality, not advertising tracking.
The app is designed so selected photos are processed for analysis and are not stored permanently by default. If temporary processing, logging, or storage is needed for reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, or request completion, it is limited to the minimum period needed for that purpose and is not used to create a permanent face archive.
Local results such as your color-profile summary, product-check result, product-history summary, and small local previews may remain on your device until you clear them in the app or remove the app.
Third-Party Service Providers
PaletteFit AI uses Supabase to operate backend Edge Functions and quota/verification features, OpenAI to generate structured color and product-compatibility analysis, RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements, and Apple to process in-app purchases. These providers receive only the information needed to provide the requested app functionality.
Purchases
PaletteFit AI uses Apple In-App Purchase for monthly, annual, and lifetime Premium options, and RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlement state. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, transaction records, subscription status, and entitlement status so purchases can be completed, managed, and restored.
Diagnostics and Support
The app does not require account sign-in. If you contact support by email, we will use the information you send only to respond to your request. App Store or device diagnostics may be available to the developer through Apple's standard developer tools if you choose to share them.
Tracking and Advertising
PaletteFit AI does not sell personal data, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Children
PaletteFit AI is not intended for children under 13. The app should be used with a parent or guardian when required by local law.
